Wedding Entertainment Duet
We met in a local band called Popcorn Blue in 2020 and got married in March of 2024!
Though we still play in Popcorn Blue Band, we enjoy playing and singing together and want to extend our talent to provide music for cocktail hours, parties, events, open mics, and more.
Katie
Katie, 27, is from Hillsborough, NC. Katie grew up doing musicals and choir in school and church and studied music briefly in college. She also writes and records her own music, and enjoys writing songs with her dad and friends.
Richard
Richard, 31, is originally from Texas and now lives in Cary, NC. He grew up studying piano and eventually started learning guitar. Now, he plays and writes music and enjoys playing locally with Katie and other family and friends.
