Words do not do justice how grateful I am to have had Katie and Rich as a vendor for my wedding day. They were amazing to work with during the entire process. They were extremely flexible and customized their services to meet our exact vision. We asked them to learn a couple of songs not listed in their repertoire and they were executed flawlessly. Katie offers to be as involved in the planning as you would like. There were a couple of logistics I did not have an opinion on and Katie stepped in and handled it perfectly.
